WHERE DO I CHECK MY ELIGIBILITY & GET MY UNIQUE CLAIM CODE?
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:
All merchandise items that you are able to claim are FREE of charge but you are responsible for Shipping & Handling charges, which will be calculated at checkout during Phase 2. Note: The more items you add to your order, the higher the shipping costs will be as the size of the shipment will increase.
UNIQUE CLAIM CODES:
Your unique claim code is unique to you. It may only be used only once and CAN NOT be applied to Shipping & Handling charges, only to merchandise. The code is 1 per customer and 1 use only. Meaning, if you don’t use all of the credit for items you are eligible for you lose the remaining credit. Coupon codes are non-transferable.
WILL THERE BE DUTY CHARGES?
Depending on where you live, your shipment may be subject to duties & tariffs. Under no circumstances will we cover your duties & tariffs. Please check with your local post services to understand if the goods will be subject to duties & tariffs.
WHERE DO ITEMS SHIP FROM?
Our warehouse for our merch claim items is located in Hong Kong. All merch claim items will ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Our fashion merchandise, which is launching next, will ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
WHAT IF I WAS ELIGIBLE BUT I’M NOT GETTING A CLAIM CODE?
Please file a ticket in our Discord with etherscan & wallet proof that you were eligible and met the above requirements. We will look into things on a case by case basis.
HOW LONG IS THE CLAIM WINDOW OPEN?
Phase 1 of the claim window (checking eligibility & receiving your unique claim code) will be open for 5 days starting today March 1, 2023 and will close on March 6th, 2023 @ 6:30PM EST.
Phase 2 will then open (once Phase 1 closes) and be open for 5 days.
Once the claim windows close, you will forfeit access to claiming any of the above merchandise. Under no circumstances will we reopen claim windows, so please be sure to claim within the 5 day time periods if you want to claim your merchandise.
